For the past decade, Fiona Beeston has been making wine in the Loire valley, in the heights of the city of Chinon. Her work is precise and meticulous, and every year, a number of people are invited to hand pick the grapes from the latest harvest. Sorting, carrying, and tasting, all the work of the domaine is done by hand, with craft.
